Citibank is evil. They're hands down the worst bank I've ever used. Their stupid authorization code scheme for wire transfers just cost me another 10 minutes of my life. I'm just trying to transfer my salary, but their idiotic, buggy system just doesn't work. A while ago I wrote up a diatribe about Citibank. It's saved in my blog drafts; one of these days I'll finish it and get all that off my chest. Unfortunately, I'm required to use Citibank PBOE (Personal Banking for Overseas Employees) for my IA with Hitachi GST. I can't wait until my assignment is over—just so I can close my Citibank account!
